410 million-year-old plant fossils reveal clues
Chinese scientists have discovered a tiny plant that lived about 410 million years ago in Tuyun, southwest China's Guizhou Province, adding new insights into the process by which plants migrated to land.Researchers from the Nanjing Institute of Geology and Paleontology under the Chinese Academy of Sciences said the Zosterophyllum plant they discovered was only 45 millimeters tall and had a sporangia length of only 5.8-10.8 millimeters, compared with the normal length of 100-200 millimeters for its contemporary species. This compact size is considered a very rare feature. สล็อต เว็บตรง
